Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Change My Life (CML), we are committed to delivering high-quality programs, courses, workshops, and products to help you transform your lifestyle. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are handled.


1. Program & Course Fees

  • All registrations for online or offline programs, workshops, or courses are non-refundable once payment has been made.

    Exception – 30-Day CML Maha Transformation Challenge:

    We believe in the impact of our Maha Transformation Challenge. If you participate in the full 30-day program and feel that it did not add value or meet your expectations, you are eligible for a 100% refund.

    • Refund requests must be made within 3 days after the challenge ends.

    • You must have completed the program in full,Participated actively & Must have Your Attendance minimum 90%.

    • To initiate a refund, email us at support@changemylife.in with your full name, proof of payment, and a brief explanation of your experience.

    In special cases (technical issues, duplicate payments, or incorrect billing), we will continue to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.


2. Digital Products & Subscriptions

  • Fees paid for digital content (ebooks, videos, planners, templates, memberships, or subscriptions) are non-refundable, as access is granted immediately after purchase.

  • If you face technical issues that prevent access, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase, and we will assist in resolving the issue.


3. Merchandise (Physical Products)

  • If you purchase CML merchandise (t-shirts, diaries, planners, or other items), refunds will only be provided in the following cases:

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Damaged/defective product received

  • To request a return or exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Workshops/Events: Cancellation requests made 7 days before the event start date may be eligible for rescheduling or credit for a future program (subject to availability).

  • Courses & Subscriptions: Once access has been granted, cancellations are not allowed.

  • Merchandise Orders: Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. After shipping, standard return/exchange rules apply.


5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment provider, or credit card issuer.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incomplete program participation

  • Late cancellation requests

  • Discounted or promotional purchases (final sale items)
