Vivek🗣️ -Four Years Ago: I was Trapped in the Cycle 

Four years ago, my life was completely different. I was preparing for the CDS examination, but my lifestyle was completely out of balance. I used to study late at night from 12 AM to 5 AM, wake up at 10-11 AM, and start my day feeling regretful, lethargic, and drained of confidence.

My health suffered badly—I developed anxiety, depression, migraines, and sleep disorders. But that wasn’t my only problem.

I had fallen deep into the trap of pornography, masturbation, and excessive mobile phone usage. My screen time reached 9-10 hours daily, constantly scrolling through Instagram reels and wasting my time. No matter how much I tried, I couldn’t break free. I felt lost, helpless, and completely out of control.

Amit – The Friend Who Showed Me a New Path

In my lowest phase, I reached out to my friend, Amit Maurya, and shared everything. Instead of judging me, he listened carefully and told me about a secret formula that changed his own life—the power of a yogic lifestyle, early rising (5 AM), meditation, and disciplined habits.
